Yes, it's possible to pass the Aufnahmetest with B1. However, it is usually hard to do that, even though some Studienkollegs accept it on application. Most people take the exam with B2, so if possible I would recommend you to get B2, or even C1, if you are applying to a more competitive Studienkolleg.
