There isn't a ranking for this, but based on popularity the Studienkollegs from Berlin (both TU and FU), Hamburg, and KIT. However, keep in mind that universities don't have a preference for Studienkollegs, so you can choose the one that is more convenient for you and whose FSP certificate is accepted by the university you want to attend.
